Tulisa Contostavlos has said that her past boyfriend Justin Edwards tried to put up for sale their confidential sex tape to Playboy.
The X Factor judge and on/off N-Dubz celebrity has informed the Royal Courts of Justice that she was told last November that 28-year-old Edwards, who goes under the stage name MC Ultra, was trying to negotiator a deal with the adult magazine firm.
He replied at the time by claiming that she had made the tape and he did not have a copy, but she has since smacked him with a £100,000 say for compensation and break of privacy in the wake of the six-minute tape being disclosed onto the web.
Tulisa's legal agents are also taking insult action against a news blog over a story that she had rejected it was her in the tape and against Sky News over a report which said she could have committed perjury.
