Veteran's Day is a perfect day to come enjoy and honor those whose sacrifices gave us and preserved for us the freedoms we have.
Unfortunately, that we take for granted.
Wurstfest holding Veteran's Day ceremony
NEW BRAUNFELS — Wurstfest will salute veterans with a specialceremony beginning at 8 p.m. Friday at Wursthalle. As part of theSpecial Veterans Day Salute, veterans from all branches of themilitary will be honored.
“This is special because it is the 11th day of the 11th month ofthe 11th year,” said Herb Skoog, director of Wurst Relations.
