Who Are You Making Time For?

Time is a gift that we have all been given.

We have the option to schedule our days as we see fit.

We all have obligations,
but there is always some time in the day to use as we please.

How do you fill in those extra moments each day?

Do you sacrifice 30 minutes of sleep
and wake up a little earlier so that you can exercise each day?
Do you use the last hour of each day to
catch up on television shows or new Pinterest ideas?
Do you use your lunch hour to meet with friends to reconnect?
Do you sneak in some Bible time while you are in the car
waiting to pick up the kids from school?
Do you use driving time to call your Mom to see how she is doing?

When we say, "I don't have the time," or, "I have been too busy to do that,"
What we are really saying is,
"That is not a priority for me at the moment."

What have you not made time for recently?

Do you have anything in your life that needs some attention,
but you haven't made the time to fit it into your day?

What has your "use of time" been saying to your husband,
to your children, to your parents, to your friends, and to God?

If it matters to you. Do it.

If they matter to you, make the time for them.

After all,
our time may be priceless,
but if we manage it wisely the pay off can be wonderful!
