Turkish football clubs whose supporters are caught up in crowd problem face having all males over the age of 12 disallowed from their grounds as a substitute to playing games behind blocked doors.
The Turkish Football Federation policy indicates that only women and children will be permitted in to matches for the extent of a ban. Children will require ID to confirm their age before being approved free entrance.
The Turkish Football Federation said: "After this pronouncement, which is a first in world football, there will be no noiseless and boring games played without viewers. The move will make teams keep in mind the beauty and ethics of football."
The first match theme to the latest verdict will be Fenerbahce's game against Manisaspor.
Fenerbahce were authorized after supporters attacked the pitch during a friendly against the Ukrainian champions Shakhtar Donetsk in July, enforcing the match to be abandoned.
